Common use of Initial Provisioning Conference Clause in Contracts

Initial Provisioning Conference. The Seller shall organize an Initial Provisioning conference (“Initial Provisioning Conference”) at the ANACS Spares Center or any other location as may be mutually agreed. At the request of the Buyer, the Seller shall invite major Suppliers, as mutually agreed upon during the Pre-Provisioning Meeting, to participate in the conference.
