Initial Project Budget. The Grantee must, if it has not already done so, provide the Commonwealth with a Budget within 7 days of the date of this deed, in the form approved by the Commonwealth.

Initial Project Budget. The Members hereby agree that there was no Initial Project Budget and that Exhibit I (indicating no Initial Project Budget), a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby attached to and made a part of the Operating Agreement as Exhibit I thereto, to the same effect as if it had been fully set forth in the Operating Agreement at the date the Operating Agreement was executed by the Members.
