Initial Materials Sample Clauses

The Initial Materials clause defines the specific materials, documents, or resources that one party provides at the outset of a project or contractual relationship. This may include items such as background information, proprietary data, templates, or other resources necessary for the other party to begin their work. By clearly identifying what constitutes the initial materials, this clause ensures both parties understand their starting obligations and helps prevent disputes over what was required to be delivered at the beginning of the engagement.
