Initial Issuance; Procedure for Increases. (a) Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in subsection (b) of this Section 3.1, on the Closing Date, the Issuer will issue the Class A Notes in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Base Indenture and Section 6 hereof in an aggregate initial principal amount of $10,000,000. The Notes will be issued on the Closing Date pursuant to this subsection (a) only upon satisfaction of each of the following conditions with respect to such initial issuance:
