Initial Inspections. ‌ The City will notify the Port when a business license has been issued by the City for a business located on real property owned by the Port and located within the AAA. The Port will conduct a fire and life safety inspection of the business’s premises and will ensure that the business’s premises comply with the applicable fire codes. The Port will notify the City when it has completed the fire and life safety inspection of the business.
