Common use of INITIAL HERE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL HERE. TotSpot charges a yearly tuition. This total is divided into 10 equal payments of $ and is due on the 1st day of every month. TotSpot follows the Xxxxxxxx School District calendar for breaks and holidays, so we have a 2 + week break in October, December, March and May. I understand that the monthly tuition will remain the same each month regardless of breaks, holidays, illnesses, field trips, Parent Teacher Conferences or personal vacations & there are no makeup days. Initial Here: Payments not received by the 5th of the month are considered late and are subject to a $25 late charge. If payment is more than 15 days late, the child will not be permitted to attend school and the student will be withdrawn. Returned checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00. I understand that the enrollment fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. The last month’s tuition is non-refundable after July 1, 2022.
