Common use of Initial Delivery of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Initial Delivery of Bonds. The Bonds will be initially registered and delivered to or upon the order of the purchaser designated by the District as one Bond for each maturity. If such purchaser delivers a written request to the County not later than five business days prior to the date of initial delivery, the County will, on the date of initial delivery, deliver Bonds of authorized denominations, registered in accordance with the instructions in such written request.
