Common use of Initial Credit Extension Clause in Contracts

Initial Credit Extension. The Lenders shall not be required to make the initial Credit Extension hereunder, which initial Credit Extension shall occur no later than the Closing Date, unless the following conditions precedent have been satisfied and, if applicable, the Borrower has furnished to the Administrative Agent with sufficient copies for the Lenders:
