Common use of Initial Contracts Clause in Contracts

Initial Contracts. Subject to the terms and conditions and in ------------------ reliance on the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement, the Seller shall sell and assign, without recourse (except as expressly provided herein), to the Company and the Company shall purchase from the Seller, on the Effective Date, all of the Seller's right, title and interest in, to and under (but none of the obligations arising under) the Contracts listed on the Contract Schedule delivered on the Effective Date (the "Initial Contracts"), together with all other Transferred Assets relating thereto.
