Common use of Initial Configuration Clause in Contracts

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 737-700 and 737-900ER Aircraft has been defined by Configuration Specification D019A001, Revision 0, March 31, 2011 as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s 's Model 737-700 and 737-900ER Aircraft has been defined by Boeing 737-900ER Configuration Specification D019A001, Revision 0Rev N, March 31dated January 29, 2011 as described in Article 1 2010 and Exhibit A configured with the 737 Standard Selections Publication D924A110-2, including selections for the Boeing Sky Interior. Boeing and Customer agree to include this initial configuration and the related pricing of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described Optional Features in this Letter AgreementSupplemental Agreement number 23.

The initial configuration of Customer’s 's Model 737-700 and 737-900ER 85C Aircraft has been defined by Configuration Detail Specification D019A001, Revision 0, March 31, 2011 D019A001XIA38P-3 as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 737-700 and 737-900ER 2016 737NG Aircraft has been defined by Configuration Boeing Model 737-*** Detail Specification D019A001D019A001 Rev. T dated January 9, Revision 0, March 31, 2011 2015 as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A A1 of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

The initial configuration of Customer’s 's Model 737-700 and 737-900ER Aircraft (Aircraft) has been defined by Configuration Specification D019A001, Revision 0, March 31, 2011 Boeing [***] (Aircraft Description) as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A A5 of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 737-700 and 737-900ER 's Aircraft has been defined by Configuration Specification D019A001, Revision 0, March 31, 2011 Boeing Model 737-800 basic specification as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s 's Model 737-700 and 737-900ER 7BX Aircraft has been defined by Configuration Boeing Model 737-700 Detail Specification D019A001D6-38808-34, Revision 0Rev. B, March 31dated October 21, 2011 1998 as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase AgreementAgreement (the Aircraft Configuration). Final configuration Given the short period of time between Customer's acceptance of the proposal and the execution of the Purchase Agreement, Customer and Boeing did not have time to incorporate certain configuration changes (Options) into the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter AgreementConfiguration.
