Initial Collateral Manager. The servicing, administering and collection of the Collateral shall be conducted by the Person designated as the Collateral Manager hereunder in accordance with this Section 14.01, (such Person, the “Collateral Manager”). CION Investment Management, LLC is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities, of Collateral Manager pursuant to the terms hereof.
