Initial Collateral Manager. The servicing, administering and collection of the Collateral shall be conducted by the collateral manager in accordance with the Facility Documents (such Person, the “Collateral Manager”). LGAM Private Credit LLC is hereby appointed as, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities, of Collateral Manager pursuant to the terms hereof.
