Common use of Initial Budgets Clause in Contracts

Initial Budgets. Budgets developed by the Members for Fiscal Years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 are set forth in Exhibit F to the JPA, which is attached and hereby incorporated into this AGREEMENT. Budgets may be adjusted by approval of the Authority Board, subject to the procedures provided in the JPA and Article 2.1.3 of this AGREEMENT.
