Common use of Initial Benefits Clause in Contracts

Initial Benefits. The contribution rate(s) set out in section 3(a)(l) of this Agreement anticipates that, initially covered eligible employees will be enrolled in Medical Benefit Plan 1 (One) under a Non- Preferred Provider Organization (non - PPO).
