Initial Base Annual Salary. For all services rendered by Employee to Employer under this Agreement, Employer shall pay to Employee during the Term an initial Base Annual Salary of $210,000. The Base Annual Salary shall be payable in cash in the same frequency as is customary for the Employer's employees.
