Initial Advances. Provided that all conditions thereto hereunder are satisfied and subject to the limitations contained herein, Lenders will fund and Administrative Agent will make the initial Revolving Loan Advance on the Effective Date as directed by Borrower in a written direction delivered to Administrative Agent.
