Ingot Form Clause Samples

The 'Ingot Form' clause defines the specific physical shape and characteristics that metal ingots must meet under a contract. It typically outlines requirements such as size, weight, purity, and markings that the ingots should possess upon delivery. For example, it may specify that gold ingots must be cast in standard bars of a certain weight and stamped with identifying information. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the acceptable form of the ingots, reducing the risk of disputes over product conformity and facilitating smooth delivery and acceptance processes.
