Infrastructure Plan. TICD and the Authority performed a significant amount of due diligence on the existing infrastructure and geotechnical condition of the Property, as more particularly described in the Studies described in Recital R. This due diligence guided the formulation of the Infrastructure Plan, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit I. The Infrastructure Plan describes the conceptual plan for the necessary infrastructure described above. TICD will design all infrastructure improvements to maximize system reliability and maintain service continuity. Environmentally sustainable or green techniques will be integrated as part of the infrastructure throughout the Project as outlined in the Sustainability Plan and further described in the DDA.
Infrastructure Plan. (i) As provided in this Section 5.2, Monogram will use Diligent Efforts to create an infrastructure plan outlining the functions described in Section 5.1 above to service each Ex-US Country (each such plan, an “Infrastructure Plan”).

Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”).   • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure. Pursuant to Section 113.002 of the Business and Commerce Code, Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, in this state, other than access specifically allowed for product warranty and support purposes to any subcontractor unless (i) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of a designated country; and (ii) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is headquartered in a designated country. Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).
