Infrastructure Fee. During the Research Term, Novartis shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Alnylam an infrastructure fee (the "Infrastructure Fee") of [**] dollars ($[**]) per Contract Quarter for each Active Program meeting both of the following criteria: (i) such Active Program was active for at least [**] during such Contract Quarter, and (ii) Alnylam provided at least [**] within such Contract Quarter for such Active Program.
