Common use of Information Use Clause in Contracts

Information Use. The Borrower agrees that the Lender may, in accordance with the rules of the People’s Bank of China and other regulators, record, inquire and/or provide the Borrower’s relevant credit information to the credit information system, and may disclose default information when the Borrower breaches this Contract.

Information Use. The Borrower borrower agrees that the Lender maylender shall, in accordance with the rules relevant regulations of the People’s Bank of China and or other regulatorsregulatory authorities, recordenter (query, inquire and/or provide disclose) the Borrowerborrower’s relevant information on the personal (enterprise) credit information basic database and relevant information systems of the People’s Bank of China. When the borrower breaches this contract, the lender has the right to publicly disclose the breach information in accordance with the law, or provide relevant information to the credit information systemcollection agency for the purpose of collection, and may disclose default information when depending on the Borrower breaches this Contractbreach situation.
