The Information Use clause defines how information shared between parties under an agreement can be used, stored, or disclosed. Information Use. I agree that I will maintain at my work area or in other places under my control only such Proprietary Information that I have a current “need to know,” and that I will return to the appropriate person or location or otherwise properly dispose of Proprietary Information once my need to know no longer exists. I agree that I will not make copies of information unless I have a legitimate need for such copies in connection with my work.
Information Use. You may use Information (excluding Service Provider Information and 3PL Information) for Your own Internal Purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, You are not authorized to use Information to: (i) support any business primarily directed to offering transportation services or transportation information services to third parties; (ii) assist in service or rate negotiations, directly or indirectly, to secure transportation or logistics services from UPSI or any third party; or (iii) compare shipping rates or delivery times with the shipping rates or delivery times of any third party that is not a member of the UPS Parties. Information must not be altered and must be used in its entirety.
Information Use. The PII DF collects is for the purposes and benefit of its Users. Therefore, DF will not sell or otherwise release your PII to non-Users. Further,
(i) PII: DF will use PII that Users provide to DF for the purpose of operating the Services, which includes making the PII available to other Users according to and in the manner described in DF’s Terms of Use, as well as any internal purpose, such as quality control efforts, customer analysis, or to improve the Services. We will not share, disclose, sell, lease, or otherwise disseminate your PII for the purpose of targeted advertising. By agreeing to DF’s Terms of Use, you expressly consent to DF sharing the PII that you directly provide to DF among certain Users, such as Organizations and Representatives. Additionally, in certain circumstances, you may choose to use our Services to share or disseminate your own PII with another User, in which case you agree that you are solely responsible for and assume all risk associated with such dissemination. If you do not consent to the foregoing uses of your PII, then YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT OUR TERMS OF USE, TO REFRAIN FROM USING THE SERVICES, TO REQUEST THAT YOUR PII NOT BE SHARED OR DISSEMINATED, AND TO REQUEST THAT WE DESTROY ANY OF YOUR PII THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US (subject to state and federal legal requirements).
Information Use. We will use the information only for business purposes arising from the relationship you have with us. We treat the information we have about you as confidential. The authorization form that you have been asked to complete will permit us to send the information to our affiliates and to MIB, our reinsurers, employees, contractors, or other organizations that process transactions concerning coverage you have with us or our affiliates, and to other life insurance companies to whom you may apply for life or health insurance or to whom a claim for benefits may be submitted. In certain circumstances, the information we have about you may be disclosed to third parties without your specific permission.
Information Use. Executive shall use the information and training provided by Employer as governed by this Non-Solicitation Agreement during the employment relationship with Employer only for the purposes of carrying out and completing the obligations of Executive's position, and shall not use such information or training for any other purpose. Executive agrees that, during the term of Executive's employment with Employer, Executive shall refer any inquiries and prospects exclusively to Employer. Information Use a. Information you enter when signing this license is kept private between the Client and FAXES Gaming.
b. The only time information will be distributed and not kept private will be to pass it to third parties to help if the Agreement is breached.
c. PayPal information and other information will be used with Google LLC via their Google Sheets and Google Docs applications to help with logging and tracking of you agreeing to this Agreement or making payments.
d. Your information in the Client Details section above and will be stored on an internal server as this original, unmodified, and unedited version of the Agreement if you ever need another copy, or if action needs to be taken.
e. Your information may be distributed to an affiliate group called Stronger together Network in order to ensure security in the Client and to perform investigations if needed.
Information Use a) The information used on the webpage when you login is taken as the signing data.
b) Information as stated above and/or you enter when signing this agreement is kept private between the Client and Shadow Development.

Information Use. The Company may track Users' respective App usage data and App traffic patterns to improve the content of the Apps and the quality of the Company's products and services. Specifically, the Company may use information collected from Users to (a) provide products and services desired by Users and upon User request; (b) optimize and improve the Company's Apps, products, services, and operations; (c) monitor and evaluate the use and operations of the Apps; (d) analyze how Users are using the Apps; and (e) personalize content and offers that may be of interest to an individual User. In order to optimize Apps and better serve Users, the Company may share User information with other companies, including vendors and contractors of the Company. These companies' use of this information is limited to these purposes, and subject to agreements that require them to keep the information confidential. The Company's vendors provide assurance that they take reasonable steps to safeguard the data they hold on the Company's behalf, although data security cannot be guaranteed. The Company does not allow advertising companies to collect data through the Apps for ad targeting, and the Company generally does not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email, or phone number) with other companies for marketing purposes. The Company provides information that it collects from Users to analytics companies contracted by the Company to help it analyze and understand how Users use the Apps, the Company's websites, and the Company's products and services. These analytics companies use this information solely on the Company's behalf. The Company will disclose information collected from Users in the following circumstances: (a) if the Company reasonably believes that it is required to do so by law, regulation, or other government authority, or to protect the Company's rights and property or the rights and property of the public; and (b) the Company will disclose such information to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution, or sale of the Company's assets. User consent to either of the disclosures stated in this paragraph will not be required, but the Company will attempt to notify Users of any such disclosure, to the extent permitted by law. During the Option Term, Buyer may use Purnovate’s information, including Confidential Information, for the purpose of raising funds for enabling the Option Exercise and/or funding the ongoing business after Option Exercise, subject to obtaining confidentiality agreements containing confidentiality provisions substantially similar to those set forth herein before disclosing Purnovate Confidential Information.
