Information to Participants. Lender may furnish any financial or other information concerning Borrower or any of its subsidiaries, whether provided by Borrower to Lender pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, to (a) any prospective or actual purchaser of any participation or other interest in any extensions of credit made by Lender to Borrower (whether under this Agreement or otherwise), (b) any prospective purchaser of any securities issued or to be issued by Lender and/or (c) any prospective lender to Lender.
