Common use of Information to Participants Clause in Contracts

Information to Participants. Lender may divulge to any participant it may obtain in the Loan, or any portion thereof, all information, and furnish to such participant copies of reports, financial statements, certificates, and documents obtained under any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any such participant shall be bound by the restrictions on dissemination of confidential information contained in Section 6.8 above.
