Common use of Information to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Information to Certificateholders. As soon as practicable following (i) the eleventh calendar day of each month in the case of the Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4 and Group 5 Classes and (ii) the twenty-third calendar day of each month in the case of the Group 6, Group 7 and Group 8 Classes, Xxxxxx Mae will make available the Class Factor (carried to eight decimal places) for each applicable Class of Certificates after giving effect to the distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount during the current calendar month and any addition to the Class Balances of the Accrual Classes. Xxxxxx Mae will also furnish to each Person who was a Certificateholder at any time during a calendar year such statements and information as shall be required to be furnished by the Code.
