Information to be provided by Educational Service Providers. The agreement between the Academy and the ESP shall contain a provision requiring the ESP to make information concerning the operation and management of the Academy, including the information in Schedule 6, available to the Academy as deemed necessary by the Academy Board in order to enable the Academy to fully satisfy its obligations under subparagraph (a).
