Common use of Information Sessions Clause in Contracts

Information Sessions. Quarterly, while the Landfill is in operation, Green Ridge shall meet with the Board of Supervisors or their representative(s) to discuss the landfill operations; all issues, concerns, or non-compliance reports; complaints and their resolution; and other items as requested by the County. Green Ridge staff shall meet with the Landfill Liaison as frequently as necessary for the Landfill Liaison to perform the duties assigned, but no less frequently than once each calendar week.
