Construction and Administration. The Board of Directors of the Company has the power to construe the Plan and this Agreement and to prescribe such rules and regulations relating thereto as it may deem advisable. The Board of Directors of the Company also has the authority, in the exercise of its sole and exclusive discretion, to correct any defect or supply any omission or reconcile any inconsistency in this Agreement or in the Plan in the manner and to the extent it shall deem appropriate. The determinations and actions of the Board of Directors shall be conclusive.

EVITP Certification Numbers are not required to be submitted if AB 841 requirements do not apply to the project. • Develop As-Built Drawings of site location. Construction and Administration. As between the County and the Ministry, the Ministry shall be responsible for, and shall administer the MTO Project, including the County Works and any necessary utility relocations, at the Ministry’s sole expense without cost to the County.

The DISTRICT hereby agrees to reimburse the COUNTY for construction administration and inspection, including overhead, as necessary for quality control of the materials and installation of the pedestrian railing.
