Common use of Information Sessions Clause in Contracts

Information Sessions. At the County’s request, but no more often than monthly, Company shall meet with the County Administrator or its designee to discuss Landfill operations, compliance issues or reports, complaints, resolutions, and other matters requested by the County. The Company shall meet with the Landfill Liaison as frequently as reasonably necessary for the Landfill Liaison to perform his or her duties, as set forth herein.
