Common use of Information Reviewed Clause in Contracts

Information Reviewed. He, she, or it has received and reviewed all information he, she, or it considers necessary or appropriate for deciding whether to purchase the Percentage Interest. He, she, or it has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Partnership and its General Partner and employees regarding the terms and conditions of purchase of the Percentage Interest and regarding the business, financial affairs, and other aspects of the Partnership and has further had the opportunity to obtain all information (to the extent the Partnership possesses or can acquire such information without unreasonable effort or expense) which he, she, or it deems necessary to evaluate the investment and to verify the accuracy of information otherwise provided to him or her.
