INFORMATION REQUESTS / ADDITIONAL Clause Samples
The INFORMATION REQUESTS / ADDITIONAL clause establishes the right of one party to request further information or documentation from the other party as needed during the course of their relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the process for making such requests, including any timeframes for response and the types of information that may be sought, such as financial records or compliance documents. Its core function is to ensure transparency and facilitate the exchange of necessary information, thereby supporting informed decision-making and compliance with contractual obligations.
