Common use of Information Relating to Company Clause in Contracts

The Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that it shall have the sole responsibility for obtaining from the Company such information concerning the Company's financial condition or business operations as the Guarantor may require, and that the Bank does not have any duty at any time to disclose to the Guarantor any information relating to the business operations or financial condition of the Company.
