Information Regarding the Loan Parties. Prompt written notice (and in any event within ten (10) Business Days prior thereto) of any change (i) in any Loan Party’s corporate name or in any trade name used to identify the Borrower in the conduct of its business or in the ownership of its Properties, (ii) in any Loan Party’s identity or corporate structure or in the jurisdiction in which such Loan Party is incorporated or formed, (iii) in any Loan Party’s jurisdiction of organization or any Loan Party’s organizational identification number in such jurisdiction of organization, and (iv) in any Loan Party’s federal taxpayer identification number.
