Information Regarding Borrower and Guarantors. Prompt written notice (and in any event not less than five (5) days prior thereto (or such lesser time period as may be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent) in the case of any change of name or jurisdiction of organization) of any change (i) in the Borrower or any Guarantor’s corporate name, (ii) in the Borrower or any Guarantor’s corporate structure, (iii) in the Borrower or any Guarantor’s jurisdiction of organization or such Person’s organizational identification number in such jurisdiction of organization, and (iv) in the Borrower or any Guarantor’s federal taxpayer identification number.
