Common use of Information provided to be accurate Clause in Contracts

Information provided to be accurate. All financial and other information which is provided to the Lessor in writing by or on behalf of the Lessee concerning the Lessee or any other Transaction Company in connection with this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents will be true and not misleading and will not omit any material fact or consideration.
