Information Processing and Reporting. The Bank will not be responsible for determining the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or instructions that are provided to us for any service related to the Account. Customer agrees to maintain adequate backup files of the data it submits for a reasonable period of time in order to facilitate any needed reconstruction or reprocessing of Customer’s transactions (e.g., due to a telecommunication failure). If we are unable to provide a processing services for any reason, we will take reasonable steps to resume processing within a reasonable timeframe.
