Information Procedures. In connection with the filing of any registration statement or offering statement covering Registrable Securities or Qualifiable Securities, each Conversion Holder whose Registrable Securities or Qualifiable Securities are covered thereby shall furnish in writing to the Corporation such information regarding such Conversion Holder (and any of his, her or its Affiliates) of the Registrable Securities or Qualifiable Securities to be sold, the intended method of distribution of such Registrable Securities or such Qualifiable Securities, if then known, and such other information requested by the Corporation as is necessary or advisable for inclusion in the registration statement or offering statement relating to such offering pursuant to the Securities Act.
Information Procedures. The detailed provisions on reporting and information exchange are set forth in Appendix 5. In addition to the obligations stated in Appendixes 1 and 5, Swedegas shall also, without delay, inform the Storage Customer of any incidents that may affect the physical and technical conditions for input and offtake.
Information Procedures. 18.1 Each of the Non-JBR Underwriters undertakes to each of the Joint Bookrunners to provide to the Joint Bookrunners, in such form and at such times as it may reasonably request, any other information which it may reasonably request in connection with the Offer.
18.2 Each of the Non-JBR Underwriters undertakes to each of the Joint Bookrunners to notify it as soon as practicable if it becomes aware that it has breached this Agreement or that the provisions of Clause 4 have become relevant.
