Common use of Information Packages and Interim Reports Clause in Contracts

Information Packages and Interim Reports. As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month; provided, that, upon thirty (30) Business Days’ prior written notice from the Administrative Agent, the Servicer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent a weekly Interim Report with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the close of business on the Business Day preceding the date on which such Interim Report is delivered; provided, further, that, at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Administrative Agent may specify in such notice that such Interim Report be furnished to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent on a more frequent basis until the Administrative Agent gives notices otherwise.
