Common use of Information Packages and Interim Reports Clause in Contracts

Information Packages and Interim Reports. (A) not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month, (B) upon one (1) Business Day’s prior written notice from the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, a Weekly Report not later than the second Business Day of each calendar week (until such notice is revoked in writing by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding calendar week and (C) upon one (1) Business Day’s prior written notice from the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, a Daily Report not later than noon (New York City time) on each Business Day (until such notice is revoked in writing by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Business Day.
