Information on certification Clause Samples

The 'Information on certification' clause requires parties to provide details regarding any certifications relevant to the agreement or subject matter. This may include specifying the type of certification held, its validity period, and any conditions or standards that must be met to maintain it. By mandating disclosure of certification information, the clause ensures transparency and helps verify that parties meet necessary qualifications or regulatory requirements, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance or misrepresentation.
