Common use of Information Notification Clause in Contracts

Information Notification. The two parties agree to notify each other of information concerning food safety in cross-strait trade, and to perform prompt notification of food safety information and unexpected incidents affecting the health of the people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and to provide full information. The two parties shall promptly respond to and provide necessary assistance concerning inquiries in the foregoing paragraph.
