Information Generally Available. The Plan Administrator shall make copies of this Plan and Trust, the Adoption Agreement, the summary plan description, latest annual report, Life Insurance Policies, or other instruments under which the Plan was established or is operated available for examination by any Participant or Beneficiary in the principal office of the Plan Administrator and such other locations as may be necessary to make such information reasonably accessible to all interested parties. Subject to a reasonable charge to defray the cost of furnishing such copies, the Plan Administrator shall, upon written request of any Participant or Beneficiary, furnish a copy of any of the above documents to the respective party.

The appropriate Committee shall make copies of the Plan description and the latest annual report and any bar gaining agreement, trust agreement, contract or other instruments under which the Plan was established or is operated available for examination by any Plan Participant or Beneficiary in the principal office of such Committee and such other locations as may be necessary to make such infor mation reasonably accessible to all interested parties, and subject to a reasonable charge to defray the cost of fur nishing such copies, the appropriate Committee shall, upon written request of any Participant or Beneficiary, furnish a copy of the latest updated summary plan description, and the latest annual report, any terminal report, any bargaining agreement, trust agreement, contracts, or other instruments under which this Plan is established or operated to the par ty making such request.
