Common use of Information Furnished to Manager Clause in Contracts

Information Furnished to Manager. The Trustees shall at all times keep the Manager fully informed with regard to the real estate investment policies of the Company, the capitalization policy of the Company, and reasonably informed with regard to the Trustees’ then current intentions as to the future of the Company. The Trustees shall notify the Manager promptly of their intention to sell or otherwise dispose of any of the Company’s real estate investments or to make any new real estate investment. The Company shall furnish the Manager with such information with regard to its affairs as the Manager may from time to time reasonably request. The Company shall retain legal counsel, accountants and third party consultants to provide such legal and accounting advice, services and opinions as the Manager or the Trustees shall deem necessary or appropriate to adequately perform the functions of the Company.
