Common use of Information Documents Clause in Contracts

Information Documents. The information contained in the Information Documents, including, without limitation, the description of the capital structure of the Borrower and the Cybernet Companies as at the Closing Date, is true and accurate in all material respects and does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact. The Information Documents do not omit to state any fact necessary in order to make any of the information contained in the Information Documents not misleading in all material respects;
