Common use of Information Collected Clause in Contracts

Information Collected. The information about the Resident which the Owner may collect through this Occupancy Agreement will include any information provided in accordance with this Occupancy Agreement or that is provided during the course of the Occupancy Agreement. If the Resident does not provide this information the Owner may not be able to continue to provide services to the Resident under this Occupancy Agreement.
