Information Centres. The Information Centre referred to in Article 9.11(2) shall be composed of: (a) in the case of Panama, the Ministry of Trade and Industries, through the General Directorate of Standards and Industrial Technology, or its successor; and (b) in the case of the ROC, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, through the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, or its successor.
