Informal Initial Review. a. The aggrieved member and/or the Association shall, within ten (10) contracted working days of perceiving a dispute, meet in person with the Administrator who is central to the dispute to attempt resolution of the matter. b. The Administrator shall respond in writing to the aggrieved member and/or the Association within ten (10) contracted working days of the meeting detailing the Administrator’s position on the disputed matter.
