INFLUENCER OBLIGATIONS. 1. Consultation: Influencer understands and agrees that supplier will develop scripts and other material for the production of Content hereunder, and Influencer agrees that it will consult with Supplier concerning the scripts and it will incorporate the scripts and other materials into the Content, as directed by Supplier.
