Infectious Disease & Extra Work. Design Build Entity agrees that its Proposal, the Total Contract Amount and the Contract Time are based on Design Build Entity’s full compliance with all applicable and existing federal, state, and/or local statutes, orders, rules, regulations, ordinances, and/or directives relating to construction site safety, the Work, the Project, and the Site in relation with Disease at the time the Parties executed the Agreement. Therefore, any Extra Cost associated with Disease, or any federal, state, or local order relating thereto, shall not be considered compensable unless:
