INEXCUSABLE DELAY. The Design/Builder shall not be entitled to an adjustment of the Contract Time or Contract Sum for acceleration or delays resulting from causes other than those set forth in § 5.3, for delays that it could have avoided or mitigated using its best efforts, or for delays that do not extend Substantial Completion of the entire Work.
