Common use of Industry Contribution Clause in Contracts

Industry Contribution. Effective May 16, 2010, each Employer shall contribute to the Millwright Regional Council of Ontario Benefit Trust Fund for the Association Industry Fund, to be distributed by the Board of Trustees to the Association, fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; thirty cents ($0.30) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours. Effective September 5, 2010, each Employer shall contribute twenty cents ($0.20) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; fourty cents ($0.40) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours. Costs of DeNovo/Secretariat are included.

Industry Contribution. Effective May 16June 10, 20102007, each Employer shall contribute to the Millwright Regional Council of Ontario Benefit Trust Fund for the Association Industry Fund, to be distributed by the Board of Trustees to the Association, fifteen twelve cents ($0.150.12) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; thirty twenty-four cents ($0.300.24) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours. Effective September 5January 1, 20102008, each Employer shall contribute twenty fourteen cents ($0.200.14) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; fourty twenty-eight cents ($0.400.28) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours. Costs of DeNovo/Secretariat are included.
